Dr. Gerardo Nunez
After only two months, my implant became loose and infected; a US oral surgeon had to extract it. But the real shock came when Crown Buyers analyzed my gold crown and discovered it contained no gold! It was composed of copper, nickel, iron, and zinc. In the end, I consider myself lucky to have escaped with my life. Patronize these quacks and frauds at your own risk!
Beware of Dr. Nitardy from Rio Grande dental on implant! I received many treatments from this facility including Root canals, implants.
The staffs are very friendly and the root canals went very well. For implants by Dr Nitardy, it’s a SCAM! I was offered 2 Straumann implants operations with requested of full payment upfront.
I got the implants put in without issue. My picture on the operation even posted on the Rio Grande Dental web site. Weeks later the implants came off. By surprise to me, the implants were not Straumann, but Hi-Tec products.
I went back to Juarez for the replacement under warranty. I was treated badly by Dr. Nitardy. The Straumann implants products were not available onsite and other implant products were offered as replacement or options of redo bone graft prepared for Straumann for next visit. I choose the bone graft option and paid for it.
Three months later, all my bone at that location was lost completely and shrink to the point that I’m not sure that it’s repairable. I’m now looking for an experience bone graft dentist to fix the damage caused by Dr. Nitardy. I have all the receipts and communication Emails with Rio Grande Dental on this nightmare. Just beware of Dr. Nitardy on implant operation. For dental implant always insist to pay for the work being done and never pay full upfront.
I had my dental works with other Dental clinics in Mexico previously and the skills, dedications and professionalism are very high. It’s just Rio Grande Dental unfortunately. I hope this will help other to avoid being victims to Dr. Nitardy. I don’t know how she does on other dental works but avoid implant and bone grafting. I still pay heavily for this mistake.
