Since the establishment, Dentoamerica has had only one goal – to become the top dental destination in Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, Nuevo Vallarta, and the whole bay area. With many years of hard working, developing and expending, this dental office is very close to that goal. They specialized in dental tourism, because they are aware prices of dental care in Mexico are almost half the price in USA, Canada or other countries. Their very skilled and educated staff speaks English and will arrange everything for international patients, so they don’t have any worries. Their office is fully furnished with cutting edge technology and they follow standardized hygiene protocols. Patients here can find various treatments, like: cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, endodontics (root canal) or orthodontics, provided by the best doctors.

Insofar as dentists go, we absolutely recommend DentoAmerica for your dental needs. We had many. We’ve been coming to DentoAmerica for almost four years for our dental work including ten implants, several crowns, extractions, bone grafts, etc., something we would have to mortgage our house for in Canada. The service we receive is better than the best from all of the dentists, the staff, and of course, wonderful Kirk. The office is “State of the Art” and all of the dentists I have met here work with a passion for their work. I cannot say enough good things. We liked it so much, we brought several friends down to Mexico who are now regular patients of DentoAmerica. Cheers to all Kirk and thank you.
WARNING!!!! If you are thinking of having implants at this dental clinic, I highly recommend that you think again. In April I had 5 implants on the top and 3 on the bottom done by Dr. Oscar and am now getting major restorative work done in Canada to fix the issues created by his work. After returning home, a massive infection set in to my lower jaw on one side and when the dentist in Canada opened my gums, one implant was literally floating in puss caused from a major infection that was eating away at my jaw bone. He was shocked and took photos for training purposes. I had two implants removed, which were apparently not located correctly – too close to the edge of the bone, not centered. I had to have bone grafting done to rebuild my jaw which is another 9 months to heal. Then, I got an infection in the other side and had to have surgery on that side as well. Eating is difficult and will be for many months. For now, the upper implants are holding, but were apparently placed incorrectly, again not centered in the jaw bone and spaced poorly. The cleanliness and accuracy standards are not the same. Dr. Oscar did not use surgical magnifiying glasses, just his own eyesight. He searched for a screw in some little tin of other screws while I was getting surgery – hardly sterile! He took out the stitches in the bottom jaw after only two days (should be min 7-10 days) and the stitches were not double sewn like they do in Canada, that’s likely why I got an infection. I could have died from the serious infection so close to my brain. When I contacted Kirk to tell him what had happened, he said they guarantee their work and I could get them redone. AS IF I WOULD DO THAT THERE! This horror story can happen to you. I highly recommend that you do not get this major surgery done in Mexico, or face serious health issues and costs. You get what you pay for.
